Safety Guidelines
Always wear the recommended personal protective equipment. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Adequate ventilation is required during the application process.
Storage & Packaging
SYNPour 100 should be kept dry and cool. Storage temperature should be between 5°C (40°F) and 66°C (150°F). Do not expose containers to open flame, excessive heat, or direct sunlight.
Product shelf life is 1 year in original sealed container.
SYNPour 100 is packaged at 20 kg (approximately 4.89 gallon), 210 kg (approximately 51 gallon), and 1050 kg (approximately 256 gallon).
Coverage
SYNPour 100 is ready to use as supplied and should be mixed with dry rubber granules as follows:
- SYNPour 100 = 20% by weight
- Rubber granules = 80% by weight
Installation Guidelines
Before application, the surface to be coated must be clean, dry, and free of oil, grease, dirt, and any foreign residue. The mixture can be applied with a trowel in order to obtain a uniform, level surface.
The cure time varies with temperature and humidity. High temperature and high humidity will decrease cure time, while low temperature and low humidity will increase cure time.
Limitations
- Do not apply over wet or damp substrates
- Substrate and application minimum temperature: 10°C (50°F)
- Substrate and application maximum temperature: 40°C (104°F)
- Permissible relative humidity: 40 – 90%
