Safety Guidelines
Always wear the recommended personal protective equipment. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Adequate ventilation is required during the application process.
Storage & Packaging
SYNPour 200 should be kept dry and cool. Storage temperature should be between 5°C (40°F) and 66°C (150°F). Do not expose containers to open flame, excessive heat, or direct sunlight.
Product shelf life is 1 year in sealed container.
SYNPour 200 is packaged at 20 kgs (approximately 5.0 gallons), 210 kgs (approximately 52.8 gallons), and 1050 kgs (approximately 264 gallons).
Coverage
SYNPour 200 ready for use as supplied and should be mixed with dry rubber granules as follows:
- SYNPour 200 16-20% by weight
- Rubber granules 84-80% by weight
Installation Guidelines
The surface to be coated must be clean, dry, and free of oil, grease, dirt, and any foreign residue. This mixture can be applied with a trowel in order to obtain a uniform, level surface.
The cure time varies with temperature and humidity. High temperature and high humidity will decrease cure time while low temperature and low humidity will increase it.
Limitations
- Do not apply over wet substrates
- Substrate and application minimum temperature: 10°C (50°F)
- Substrate and application maximum temperature: 40°C (104°F)
- Permissible relative humidity: 40 – 90%
