How much does SYNLawn® cost?
A typical grass installation (start to finish including materials) falls between $11-13 per sq/ft. A SYNLawn® putting green offers many customizable options that can vary the price, installs start at $16 per sq/ft. Factors that can influence grass and putting green installation pricing include; access to the area, desired grading, the amount of base work required, number of seams required, extent of trimming/shaping, the style of grass used and the overall shape and size of the area(s).

We would like to find out more information about your SYNLawn system. We are looking at having it installed in our backyard…approx 30′ by 18′. Can you provide costs that are associated with the system. We have questions regarding:

With a child and two dogs I would recommend that you look at our selection of 100% nylon turfs. SYNLawn Nylon turf is the most durable turf on the market. There are varying factors that can contribute to the life of the turf, one being use. With average
use you can expect a 15 to 20 year life for the turf.
How hot can the turf get? There a lot of variables that contribute to the surface temperature. In comparison it is warmer than natural sod but cooler then most decking and patio surfaces. With SYNLawn turf there is a very low degree of maintenance (this can depend on the dogs use of the area). With two dogs you will want to hose off the turf when necessary and in the spring and fall rake any leaves off with a plastic fan rake or use a leaf blower.
It is very unlikely that a dog can chew or dig through the turf because we have the strongest primary backing in the industry. In my 4 years of installing SYNLawn turf in the Tri City area I have had next to no call backs for repairs.
SYNLawn has a manufacturer backed warranty up to 12 years for their nylon
product.
